Is the free plan really free?
Yes. The Free plan gives you a core set of features — including GPS location, the installed apps list, contacts, and a screen-time overview — at no cost, for one device. You can upgrade to Premium any time to unlock the full feature set.
What does Premium include?
Premium unlocks everything MyParental offers: call and SMS tracking, the social and messaging app trackers, geofencing alerts, web history, and the rest of the full feature set, plus priority support. It's $10.99 per month for one device.
How much do I save with the yearly plan?
The yearly plan includes everything in Premium at a 20% discount compared with paying monthly, billed once a year. It's the best value if you plan to use MyParental over the longer term.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Paid plans renew automatically, and you can cancel whenever you like. Cancelling stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade from Free to Premium, or move to the yearly plan, at any time from your account. Changes apply going forward.
Which devices are supported?
MyParental works on Android phones and tablets and on iPhone and iPad. Some features and setup details differ by platform; you can confirm compatibility for a specific device at checkout.
Do I need the device to set it up?
Yes. Monitoring requires installing the app on a device you own or are authorized to manage — such as your child's phone or a company-owned device — and, where required, informing the user. See our Acceptable Use Policy.
Is my data private?
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and stored behind your account login. Only you can see it, and it is never sold or shared.
